This covers email you send to hello@tsd-marketing.com and calls to (980) 890-5815. TSD Marketing is a brand of TSD Ventures, LLC, based in Gastonia, North Carolina.

What we collect

When you email us, we get your address and whatever you write. The “Email Nash for a quote” button opens your own email app with a few questions filled in, and the number of videos you picked on the price strip if you picked one. You can change any of it, and we get it only if you send it.

This site doesn’t set cookies or run ad trackers. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, like IP addresses, for a short time to keep the site running.

Phone calls

(980) 890-5815 is the TSD company line, which we share with our sister brand, TSD Modernization Solutions. If none of us can pick up, an AI assistant answers. Those calls are recorded, and the assistant turns what you say into text so it can reply. Afterward we get an email with the number you called from, a short summary, the transcript and a link to the recording, along with anything you told the assistant, such as your name and email. If you book a time with it, your name and email go to our calendar so it can send you the invite.

What we do with it

We use it to get back to you about your quote or your call. We also read call transcripts to make the phone assistant better.

Who handles it

Vercel hosts this site and runs the code that sends us call emails. ImprovMX forwards mail sent to hello@tsd-marketing.com. Quo carries the phone line and Vapi runs the phone assistant. For the assistant, Deepgram turns speech into text and Anthropic’s Claude writes the replies. ElevenLabs gives it a voice. Google’s Gmail sends us each call’s email, and Calendly holds any time you book. We use these companies only to deliver your message and answer your call.

Selling and sharing

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email hello@tsd-marketing.com and ask to see, correct or delete what you sent. For a call, tell us the number you called from and the day you called, and we’ll delete the recording and the transcript too. We’ll write back to say it’s done.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
